Timing of Payment:

Pay ID Deferred Payment:
- Convenience store: Pay by the 10th of the following month after billing / Fee: ¥350 (tax included)
- Bank withdrawal: Automatically withdrawn from designated account / Fee: Free
- Bank transfer (after billing): Pay within 5 business days / Fee: ¥360 (tax included)
Shipping Timeframe
Items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
For deferred payment, items will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.
International Shipping
We ship all items from Tokyo, Japan.
At this time, our online store does not support direct international shipping.
However, if you wish to place an international order, please contact us using the inquiry form or comment section.
※ Due to shipping and handling costs, we accept international orders only for purchases over ¥10,000.

Order Cancellation and Changes
We do not accept cancellations or changes after an order is finalized.

If you wish to change your order, please cancel the original order and place a new one.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective.
If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us via the inquiry page or comment section on BASE.
If a defect is found within 3 months of delivery, we will ship a new item at our expense.
Return shipping is not required in this case.
